FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q1 - How long after the wedding will I get my images?

I will put up your online slideshow usually within 1-2 weeks and deliver your digital negatives in 3-4 months. Actual time will depend on the package you selected and my scheduled workflow.

Q2 - How many images will I receive?

There is no limit to the number of photos that are taken, however the number of proofs/images you receive depends on the package you select. For a 10 hr wedding, you can expect anywhere between 600-800 photos.

Q3 - What is the payment schedule?

I require 30% of the total payment to reserve your date as well as lock in your price and the remaining 70% on the day of your wedding / photo shoot.

Q4 - Is there any additional cost for black and white, sepia or colour prints?

Since I shoot in colour digital, converting to black and white or sepia is an available option during post-production.

Q5 - How many photographers / assistants will be working during our wedding?

I shoot with one assistant during the ceremony and afternoon and reception, if needed.

Q6 - Can you recommend any other wedding photography related links?

Check out makeup artist Angela at GlossMakeover or Edie at David Scott Makeup Lounge who specializes in wedding makeup as well as eyelash extensions. Also, check out non-denominational wedding officiant, Casandra Hart from Hart 2 Heart and hairstylist Carolyn McAuley who can be reached at (416)993-2184.

Q7 - Will we own the Copyright to our wedding photos?

No, RSVP Photos will always own the Copyrights. However, you will be allowed unlimited personal use.

Q8 - What other photo services do you provide?

I also provide glamour retouching (removal of minor blemishes, lines and wrinkles, softening of extreme shadow areas under the eyes), basic colour correction, black and white as well as sepia conversion, vignetting and glare reduction.

Q9 - Do you provide albums?

No, instead I can refer you to a professional wholesale printing studio where you can have customized wedding albums made at a fraction of the price.

Q10 - What kind of equipment do you use?

I use all Canon digital gear.
